Our prayers and deepest condolences go out to the family of West York Borough Police Officer Andrew Duarte, as well as to our brothers and sisters in the West York Borough Police Department who have lost a dedicated comrade and friend. Additionally, we extend our sympathies to our fellow Borough agencies that have lost a valued colleague. Officer Duarte’s service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
